Living under your means
lifestyle inflation is real, it’s not about making more money, and then, you can finally afford a car. It’s a common trap to fall into, every time you start making more money, you start spending more money. It’s a trap and one habit that is avoidable if you decide to. Surprisingly, you won’t have financial stress because you are pretty much frugal. The freedom that comes from not having any debt, being financially free, having an emergency fund, can not be overstated. It’s something worth having, strive to get yours, and it will improve the quality of your life
Prioritizing your sleep
If you don’t get your 8 hours of sleep, you will be distraught. It will take you a long time to get back to being okay. And it decreases your productivity level too. It’s important to be conscious of your sleeping habit, and try to be consistent. This means you should learn to go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning.
